coolest poi video i've seen

well... for the past couple weeks i've been learning to spin poi. i got a set about a year ago but never really learned anything but the basic front-crossover. my own limitations kept me from proceeding. suddenly this summer it occurred to me to start hunting down tutorials on youtube and that's what i've been doing with pretty much ALL of my non-hooping, non-social, and non-working time. in other words, it's a really great way to procrastinate from just about anything. also, it helps my mood if i'm feeling down and out, and unlike hooping i can do it to music i actually feel like listening to.

i just came across this video tonight, and i think it's the coolest one i've seen so far. i LOVE the way this guy dances and the way he seems kind of like a juggler. also, he didn't use obnoxious rave music like a lot of people do on their videos. i post it here for your entertainment and edification with the disclaimer that i in no way claim to have any of these kinds of skills. it's just very inspiring to watch & gives me some ideas. i am still in the bruising-myself & giving-myself-concussions phase though.
